Last night was low key over here, but we did have ONE exciting thing happen! We booked the baby shower! YUP!
Where we live there is an awesome clubhouse you can rent for parties, since we just recently moved into the plan we actually never saw the inside and never used the pool last summer since Anthony is older now and is too cool for the pool
Well last night we got to go over and tour the clubhouse to see if it was what we wanted for the baby shower, it was perfect and so big! There is an upstairs and downstairs, full kitchen, and huge deck! The clubhouse will be perfect for the shower! I just can’t wait to find out the sex so we can start planning it out! We as in my BFF Cassie and I, won’t torture Mike with that, haha!
Dinner was stir fry last night, didn’t get final product picture because I cooked it before we left to see the clubhouse and we came home hungry!
As you can see it involved chicken, mushrooms, and I added veggies too!
Now dessert I did get a pic of 
ice cream with peanut butter toast crunch on top, don’t even think about how weird, just know it was good. It was chocolate peanut butter cup ice cream ( Anthony’s ) and the rest of the Ben and Jerry’s americone dream. Ended my night sweet

This morning I had plans to get fancy and make french toast, but due to being starving I nixed that plan and made toast since that was much faster! I really just wanted my cinnamon raisin bread french toast style or not.
I had 2 slices of ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread, one topped with sunflower seed butter and the other with raspberry jam, turkey bacon slices, and an apple!
Did you know that this stuff is AMAZING? So happy I tried a couple months ago, so so creamy and good!
Did you know one of my favorite nut butters and one I can’t find here is expired?!
Yup, sadly found that out this morning. I never check nut butter expiration, for some reason I did this morning and found out it expired in December. I almost still wanted to eat it, but since I am pregnant, bad idea.
So in the garbage it went and boo to that for sure since this a whole foods exclusive and my whole foods does not sell it!
I am really weird about expiration dates, for instance, if milk is going to expire on say 1-19-2013, I would of not used it and thrown it out on 1-18-2013. Weird I am, I know.
I had a bad experience once where I was living on my own and had no milk and wanted cereal for breakfast bad, so I ran to the store real quick to buy milk and came home to make a big bowl of cereal, and YUCK!
Sour milk and chunks! The milk wasn’t even expired, it was 2 days before expiration and it totally scarred me! Milk I will not drink now even sometimes 2 days before expiration, lol.
I am big on checking expiration dates, obviously not with almond butter 
Well friends I hope you have a great start to your Saturday, I am going to get some energy, digest, and go walking in a while for my exercise today. Mike and I have plans to do a cheap dinner out or to get chinese delivery, we will see!
Oh and who has seen “TED” ? Mike and I were going to rent on demand but wanted to see if it is any good!.
