Hi friends!

WOOT WOOT! It is Friday! Today is an awesome Friday especially because Mike is off and we are going shopping for a lawn mower, kitchen table, and some other house stuff! I know, it doesn’t seem too exciting but I am very excited to get that damn lawn mower! You know I do not want to be mean and green again!

Let me back up a bit before I get on to sharing the two new recipes!

Dinner last night….

Gorton’s classic grilled shrimp cooked up on the skillet with olive oil!

Well the shrimp were the stars of dinner, I added them to a salad full of spinach, veggies, spicy guacamole, and nooch!

LOVED this salad combo and it has been forever since I had shrimpies! I just always know it is a pain to cook them fresh and these frozen ones are so good and much easier to cook up!

Ok now we can move on to…..

Fitmixer friends who are doing the boot camp, I got 2 new recipes for YOU! I shared one yesterday with the protein cookies and I hope you enjoyed that, if you make them let me know!

I made a new recipe yesterday that is pretty damn yummy, please try this and hug me later.

I used this gem for both recipes, I have had this for so long and never knew what I wanted to make with it. Bingo! I created 2 recipes now with it!

Vanilla Berry and Lemon Pudding

IMG 51301 768x1024 Vanilla, Lemon, and Berry Protein {recipes}

Ingredients – 1 scoop of fitmixer vanilla milkshake,2 droppers full of lemon stevia, almond milk, raspberries.

( If you add less almond milk it will make it a thicker consistency, more pudding like )

Yup, this stuff is amazing! Refrigerate for about 20 minutes or until cold, and you got some damn good protein pudding!

It can also be considered dip, I dipped my favorite crackers in it. I wish I found the new flavors of these crackers such as caramel, that would be seriously SO good to have with this!

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and cook up on the skillet!

The frosting was yummy!

Vanilla Lemon Protein Frosting – 1/2 scoop of fitmixer vanilla milkshake powder, almond milk,  1 dropper full of lemon stevia.

I am loving the fitmixer powders, just taste amazing and also easy on my stomach which is great!

Also loving the workouts, I kicked butt and did mine bright and early this morning, was sweaty and fun!

Well Mike just texted me from upstairs, breakfast time for him! He said he is sleepy but needs a hug and kiss to get up, haha! Love that man  icon mrgreen Vanilla, Lemon, and Berry Protein {recipes}

Happy Friday friends! Be back later with “Diva Spill” !

Diva asks…

Have you ever tried fitmixer protein powders or bcaa’s?

Anyone else doing the boot camp? How are you loving it so far?

I seriously LOVE the boot camp, I wake up and do not dread the work out, I think that is a great feeling to have. I did insanity and seriously would dread most days doing it, this boot camp is awesome!
